Moments with creative arts can be life-affirming, challenging and transformative. Like a big bright light in the darkness. What would life be without them?!
I trained as a musician in Manchester at the RNCM (2002-2011), and my drawings and writings are a blend of experiences, travels, and a touch of wacky imagination!
I feel very lucky to be able to enjoy spending some time each day with music and art. The best part is the joy of being able to sharing it - at home, with family and friends, through our communities, in performance, through education... everywhere, really. Getting involved with creative arts is a great way to make memories, to learn and connect with people, places, stories, and experiences - they are certainly the way to my heart and soul. I enjoy celebrating all of this (and my love of animals too) through my illustrations - and I hope you'll enjoy them!
I wholeheartedly believe in the positive power of celebrating creativity - lives can be enriched at every stage, and it can help each one of us, and those around us, to learn, grow, and thrive.
Creativity and the arts are a gift for us all; there for us through all the ups and downs - a record of the past, a measure of the present and a hope for the future.
